Libertas General Insurance Company Limited previously known as Liberty General Insurance Company is a general insurance (non-life) company that has been operating in Malawi since 1996.

Structure of Organisation
Libertas General Insurance Company Limited is a limited liability company and its internal ultimate authority is the Board of directors. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the daily management operations of the company. The main departments include underwriting, claims, finance, legal and compliance service, business development, and administration. The company has a staff complement of thirty-one staff members.
