·       Analyzing current customer base and their portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities

·       Driving and supervising sales in all branch offices

·       Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

·       Collaborating with Underwriting and Claims teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction

·       Promoting company brand through social and conventional media platforms, corporate social responsibility and targeted marketing activities.

·       Providing management with real time customer intelligence on best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.

·       Conducting other duties assigned from time to time

·       Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field

·       5 years’ experience in marketing and customer service of which should be in a senior role.

Mandate

• Develop a business plan/strategy to guide your approach to the market.
• Proactively leverage any existing and new contacts to build strong relationships with targeted customers at all levels in the Company.
• Engage with the market at associated industry events & conferences
• Identify market opportunities and build a pipeline of engagements for conversion
• Develop & evolve customer presentations/pitches, as required, to support conversion of new business opportunities.
• Partner with customers to develop tailored, value-adding solutions that meet their specific technical needs & requirements.
• Champion social and conventional media campaigns to promote company brand.
