Position: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose | Identifying sales leads, taking the Company’s service offering to market, maintaining customer database, driving continued growth of the customer base; with a key focus on new business, while achieving revenue and growth targets. |
Key Responsibilities | · Increasing overall sales and profitability through excellent salesmanship
· Analyzing current customer base and their portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities · Driving and supervising sales in all branch offices · Communicating new product developments to prospective clients · Collaborating with Underwriting and Claims teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction · Promoting company brand through social and conventional media platforms, corporate social responsibility and targeted marketing activities. · Providing management with real time customer intelligence on best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions. · Conducting other duties assigned from time to time |
Qualifications and experience | · Be a chartered Marketer
· Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field · 5 years’ experience in marketing and customer service of which should be in a senior role. |
